Who We Are

US American Miss Michigan is a natural scholarship based pageant system that is all about expanding the lives of the young women through an amazing pageant journey. From receiving the state crown through your journey to nationals, our delegates are treated like family and are given endless opportunities to promote their title. Whether it be appearances or community service and outreach, our delegates will have the most incredible pageant journey…all while being treated like the royalty that they are. USAM helps young girls and women develop important skills that will last a lifetime! And we award our delegates for their accomplishments along the way. At USAM, we want our delegates to be the difference in the world…..to strive for greatness…..and to have a lot of fun while doing so.

Michael & Autumn Orta

With over 20 years pageant experience Autumn has been a pageant mom, a coach, and judge. She is active in her community working in public health and coaching cheer for over 15 years. Michael is the proud father to his 4 daughters (who have held many state titles) and 1 son who enjoys playing soccer year-round. The director of a local wellness facility and travel soccer club, Michael has over 18 years mentoring youth both on and off stage. Together Michael and Autumn are exciting to be the directors for their home state of Michigan. Their goal is to help women of all ages reach their personal goals and potentials, while focusing on community involvement and that their actions have the ability to change the world no matter how big or small.
